Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 DOE + Benefits including company van, free on-site parking, 20 days holiday + bank holidays + option to purchase extra, Perkbox, Healthshield, free on site quarterly massage.

Purpose of the role: 
To install/repair and service Energy Management System (EMS) equipment
Key skills:
Fully qualified electrician 18th Edition preferred but not essential, Great customer service, experience with electronic components
Key responsibilities:
Installing and Repairing Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Conducting Surveys.
Fault Finding and running diagnostic checks.
Performing annual services visits (downloads and meter readings).
Representing the company in a professional manner in line with the organisational values
Providing information on work progress and issues on site to Installations Manager.
Reporting chargeable work.
Forwarding relevant information for potential upgrades.
Reporting equipment, tools, supplies, stock, safety equipment related shortfalls..
Ensuring the road worthiness & safety of the van: including tires, lights, windows, body work, oil, water and securely locked ladders.
Complying with health and safety policy and legislation.
Using equipment in a safe manner.
Ensuring your own safety and those with whom you are working.
Assessing condition and fitness for purpose of the provided PPE (including high visibility jacket, safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, ear protectors, general uniform)..
Reporting all faults.
Carrying out regular checks of the stock.
Ensuring the collection of correct stock and equipment for every job/task..
Taking the responsibility for checking all equipment, drills, ladders, padlocks for their fitness for purpose for all tasks and jobs.
Checking electrical equipment (PAT testing, in date).
Essential requirements
Fully Qualified Electrician – 18th Edition desired, not essential
Qualification in Electrical / Electronic Components OR Qualified by Experience
Field engineer with customer service experience
IT literate
Regular Working away (Hotels Provided).

Location: Covering the MIDLANDS region - Overnight stays expected (hotel paid for) - overnight stays could be two nights one week / none the next so flexibility is required
