Hourly Rate: £9.15 per hour plus holiday payWe are seeking candidates with telephone and email based customer service experience to provide an effective and efficient service to our clients customer through completion of customer bookings, resolution of queries and other tasks required to meet customer requirements. Orders will come through on the system and you will be responsible for ensuring these orders a fulfilled. You will contact customers to arrange delivery and ensure the product arrives in the right place at the right time.
The role is heavily email based although, telephone conversations will happen to so excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to be effective in the role.
KEY ACTIVITIES
· Booking deliveries, collections, failed deliveries with customers and entered onto internal systems
· Investigation and processing of customer queries, liaising with other departments within the organisation
· Processing KPI reports
· Ensuring all functions within admin are completed efficiently
· To be trained in all administration areas within the team
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Excellent Customer Service Skills (good communication skills and telephone manner)
· Highly organised with ability to work under pressure and to deadline
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Excellent attention to detail
· Good IT skills –MS office and excel
· Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
