Depot / Transport Administrator

We are currently looking for a Maternity Cover - Depot Administrator until 23rd June 2020 to work in their Oxfordshire depot and manage all the day-to-day administrative tasks for the Depot Manager, as well as deputising for the Depot Manager in their absence.

Ideally, you will possess:

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         A professional telephone manner

·         Proven customer service skills

·         Working knowledge of transport

·         The ability and confidence to deputise for the Depot Manager in their absence

·         Previous experience of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment

·         Great attention to detail and accuracy

·         The ability to work effectively under pressure with limited supervision

·         A high level of IT literacy including Excel, Word and Outlook

·         Previous experience in plant hire is desirable

Job Title: Depot / Transport Administrator
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 - Inclusion in the company bonus scheme, up to 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays, an additional days leave on your birthday
