Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience  + benefits including 25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays, private healthcare, company pension scheme, eyecare vouchers, bike to work scheme, regular incentives and social functions

Our client is seeking a .Net Developer to take on software projects critical to the growth and success of the company. They are looking to hire an intelligent, talented, and easy-going person to help expand their enterprise application software. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, always learning and willing to expand their horizons.

The Developer's role will involve working with and supporting the senior developer and will be to help build and improve existing transactional systems, operational data stores and data warehouses. Projects will range from quick-and-brief solutions to full-scale enterprise implementations. This role offers a unique opportunity for candidates to take part in many projects that directly affect our success. Throughout it all, you'll work with fun people who are committed to helping others within the business to operate efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities:

•    Developing existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
•    Researching, designing, writing and testing new software Applications
•    Maintaining systems by monitoring, identifying and correcting software defects
•    Investigating new technologies
•    Creating technical specifications and test plans
•    Keep up to date with the latest innovations Look for ways to improve your skills and   knowledge
•    Coordinate activities with other team members for successful transition of the application through development, testing, implementation and maintenance stages

•    18 months+ experience as a software developer
•    18 months+ experience with ASP.NET / C# / VB.net
•    18 months+ experience of working with SQL Server
•    18 months+ experience working with relational databases and developing database-driven .NET applications
•    Must have experience in web development using ASP.NET Web Forms and SQL Server.
•    Experience working in an enterprise level web application (ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, MVC, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript), web services is preferred
•    Experience of software design and analysis techniques and tools
•    Experience with jQuery or similar technologies
•    Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
•    Well organised and determined to deliver a quality solution person
•    Ability to work alone or in a team environment

Desirables:

•    Crystal Reports
•    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
•    Azure Development

Job Title: .Net Software Developer
Location: Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire
