Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 + benefits including, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking, bonus, pension, healthcare, life assurance, career progression + more
Year on year growth has led to an exciting opportunity being available at our clients site in Milton Keynes as Sales Support Team Lead, leading a current team of 4 who are responsible for the post-sales operations function.
Your experience
As Team Leader that is customer focussed on customer satisfaction and nurturing your team you will be able to:
· Demonstrate experience of after sales and sales fulfilment experience is of course essential
· Demonstrate how you have previously, and will inspire and drive your teams performance and promote a culture of engagement, responsibility and achievement.
· Demonstrate where you’ve used your eye for detail and monitored processes and department / team efficiencies to improve sales, logistics optimisation and the customer experience
· Demonstrate how you are able to or have worked in a dynamic and evolving environment, developing and delivering initiatives to improve team and business performance and be hands on in supporting your team to drive results
Experience of Change Management would be beneficial but not essential

Job Title: After-Sales Support - Team Lead
