The role is about making timely and accurate information available to clinicians and decision makers to ensure the effective delivery of patient care when they need it, it’s much more than just counting and waiting list targets although that matters as well!

Their people are passionate about the products and use leading edge Microsoft technologies to produce enterprise scale electronic patient record systems that enable the NHS to get on with doing what they do best – saving lives.
Two graduates are sought with excellent technical ability to join the highly skilled and motivated data warehouse team.  Our client is a fast-paced organisation, with an excellent reputation in the midst of growth and opportunity.
As a Graduate Software Developer you will embark on your career developing software solutions that have been created for saving lives!  You will be working in a small, Agile team building a Business Intelligence solution for the NHS as well as enhancing and maintaining market leading applications.
You will have recently completed your degree in a subject like Maths, IT or Computer Science but more importantly, to succeed in the Developer graduate programme, you will:
•    Have a real passion for programming
•    Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Have a flexible and creative attitude
•    Have good communication skills
•    Be innovative and self-motivated
The role encompasses all aspects of the Microsoft Business Intelligence toolset including SQL, Reporting Services, Integration Services and Analysis Services including SQL2014, SQL2016, Power-BI and Azure cloud computing services.
You will need some experience or knowledge in some of the following areas, however these are not essential as training is provided:
•    Experience of using Microsoft SQL Server including the following:
­     Writing complex SQL
­     Reporting Services
­     Integration Services
­     General DBA work including performance tuning;
•    Skills in relational database design and development;
•    Experience of designing and developing reports and reporting systems;
•    Working with Microsoft Azure SQL, COSMOS and ADF
•    Predictive analytics.
