Description
Hourly rate: £10.00 to £11.00 per hour + holiday pay

Work cross-functionally within the Sales and Home Deliveries team, providing a premium customer service experience to both internal and external customers. Take ownership of customer queries and work collaboratively to resolve issues, maximise sales and improve the Net Promoter Score.
 
Scope of the role            
 
Work as part of a team to input sales order entry and organise home delivery schedules within SLAs. Consistently monitor process and department efficiencies to improve logistic optimisation and customer experience. Resolve customers’ email and phone queries and providing back up to the general office administration, working on small projects or where overflow of administration work as required.
 
Role Responsibilities
 
Salesdesk
 
·         Input sales order entry on Salesforce and JDE systems
·         Assist the field based Area Account Mangers with customer enquiries and order processing
·         Organise home delivery schedules, balancing service level agreements (SLAs) and internal logistic capabilities
·         Take ownership of investigating and resolving customer enquiries by email and phone
·         Provide a premium customer service experience to customers by communicating effectively and efficiently at all times
·         Work as part of a global team, supporting and escalating queries to the Global Support Centre
·         Provide general and ad-hoc administrative support cross-functionally to other office functions
·         Act as a first point of contact for all incoming calls and professionally divert customers to the appropriate internal department

·         Drives adherence to efficient and effective processes and practices delivering accurate, consistent, value-added delivery and timeliness to meet customers’ needs. Takes a proactive approach and continuously improves to resolve gaps
·         Develop effective relationships with internal and external customers
·         Utilise internal networks and leverage global resources to influence change and improve customer experience
·         Present a solutions-focussed customer-oriented approach to resolving issues
·         Achieve sound business outcomes, balanced with the need to deliver high quality customer service results
 
Brand Ambassador
 
·         Act as a brand ambassador in interactions with all customers ensuring the premium brand image is upheld at all times
·         Advocate for a brand-aligned customer experience that builds trusting, credible relationships to increase return rates.
 
Experience        
 
·         Proven track record of taking ownership and resolving customer queries is essential
·         Experience in a similar role and industry is desirable
·         Experience using JDE and Salesforce systems would be an advantage
·         Proficient in MS Office software
 
Qualifications  
 
·         Minimum A-C grade GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths – or equivalent experience in a similar role
