Description

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Our clients’ developers impact millions of people every day through our range of healthcare software systems. Our clients solutions are used extensively throughout the NHS.

You will be a forward-thinking developer. Who can engage, delight and excite with your mastery of code and willingness to help develop quality solutions.

The product is highly critical to the delivery of quality care. You will need to excel at communicating your ideas to audiences large and small in whatever format you have available.

As a Developer, you will be expected to work within an Agile team alongside fellow developers in interpreting requirements, creating and amending code. You will also be expected to investigate and resolve software issues that more junior members of the team may not be able to take on.

You will work on problems of moderate scope, where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment within the bounds of defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Agile is a progressive movement in the organisation and they are constantly learning from the wider community and from each other. Their teams are increasingly cross functional – you will therefore need to design, develop, debug, investigate and question.
