Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 pro rata, depending on experience
Our client are looking for an Interim HR Administrator to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This position will be based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, with the opportunity to join the Hybrid Working Scheme once trained up and confident in processes. The successful candidate will be working in an HR team of 4, ensuring the smooth running of the administration of the HR department; with the autonomy to prioritise your own workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
Main Duties
· Drafting letters and documents and uploading to our system for the HR Manager to approve, before distributing as necessary
· Assist the Recruitment Coordinator with administration associated with current recruitment campaigns
· Coordinating probationary period reviews ensuring managers complete these in a timely manner
· Coordinating the appraisal process, ensuring enough notice is given to manager and employee to complete appraisals
· Respond to queries from employees and managers
· Managing and recording employee holidays and absences
· Process leavers in accordance with policy
· Assist with Diversity & Inclusion and other HR Projects
· Create and maintain HR work instructions
· Preparing documents for and taking minutes of disciplinary hearings and grievances
· Liaising with the Finance team on payroll matters and completing payroll reports
· General admin and support where necessary
Responsibilities & Competences
· Maintain confidentiality at all times

· Ownership of administrative tasks from start to finish
· Competent with general admin work
· Ideally has experience working within a HR setting
Salary Package
· Competitive salary dependant on experience (£23,000 to £25,000 pro rata for part-time hours
