Our client is the UK’s leading supplier of Hospital Medicines Management Systems (Pharmacy Stock Control, Electronic Prescribing and Medicine Administration,
Chemotherapy Management System), and they have a vacancy for a Support Developer.
Their impressive customer base accounts for around half of the NHS and includes some of the UK’s leading teaching hospitals as well as customers in Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and South Africa.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance of our clients’ System Certification programmes for ISO27001, ISO9001 and ISO20000.
You will Lead on the coordination of all activities to support these certificates including; maintenance and delivery of an internal audit diary, support for Security, IG and Medical Device Quality teams, training and awareness, compliance responses for bids, sales and general customer enquiries. Leading the collation of accurate business reporting
for all risks and issues that affect any ISO controls.
The successful candidate will be part of a highly skilled team, providing support and advice to the Senior Management Team on all compliance issues relevant to the business.
Experience of ISO9001 and ISO27001 (ISQMS system) and internal audit is essential.
Working in the Healthcare / IT industry would be an advantage.
Knowledge and experience with ISO 20000 and ISO 13485 would be desirable.

Job Description
· Maintain the management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 using the standard methodologies (PDCA)
· Understand and applying risk measures and methodologies
· Manage the Risk Treatment Plan
· Review and amend the ISO 27001 Statement of applicability
· To produce, develop, publish and control business processes in line with the organisations objectives and targets
· To manage the Business Continuity Plan, perform annual test and report back to management on improvement initiatives
· To manage the Security Incident process and ensure all incidents are documented, investigated and reported as required and corrective actions implemented
· To plan and execute internal audit of the ISO standards and business processes
· Maintain and report all ISQMS documents and records reviews and performance
· To plan, execute (chair) and record the Management Review meetings
· Maintain and report on the ISQMS Action Management
· Monitoring performance and satisfaction of clients, employees and suppliers
· Completion of DSPT Governance Toolkit
· Maintenance of Cyber Essentials Certification
· Advising the management team on compliance issues
· Compose and deliver ISQMS training for new starters and arrange annual training for current staff
· Plan, manage and co-ordinate external audits for ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 20000
· Supporting as required for the ISO 13485 implementation project
· Assist with all other areas of compliance required by the organisation in order to meet regulatory, legislatory and contractual obligation
Key Skills and Competencies

Desirable Job Skills

Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, although teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.

Sufficiently mobile and willing to travel on occasion including overnight stays.
