Internal Systems Support Analyst

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000

The Technical Operations Team are responsible for the design, installation, and support for all hardware & software to internal and external customers of the company, this includes Operating Systems, Databases and Applications. The Internal Systems team is part of Operations and is responsible for internal IT support.
 
The suitable candidate should have previous experience of working in a busy support desk and have knowledge of Windows 10 Operating Systems and laptop hardware. On the job training will be provided as needed.
 
Skills required:
 
Candidates should have experience in most of the following areas:
 
·         Service Desk Systems
·         MS Windows 10 OS Administration
·         On Premise and Azure Active Directory
·         O365 Support and Administration
·         Microsoft Teams Client support
·         VPN Technologies
·         Mobile Phone support -Mainly Android with some iOS
·         MFA – Multifactor Authentication
 
The candidate should be able to demonstrate:
 
·         Good understanding of basic networking technologies
·         Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
·         A commitment to earning industry certifications, supported by the company
 
Responsibilities:
 
·         Management of Service Desk tickets in a busy support environment
·         Adherence to Company and Team policies and working practices
·         Provisioning new starter equipment to tight deadlines
·         IT Asset management of over 600 laptops and 300 mobile devices
·         May be required to work at other Company Sites round the UK
·         Eventual Participation in a 24x7 On Call Rota (Paid Extra)

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday daytime rota (covering 8am-6pm), the role is mainly office based with some WFH flexibility
