Software Installation Specialist

Salary: £25,000

This role is responsible for delivering all required product deployments, working closely with teams across the organisation and customers, to ensure that our delivery programme is supported and maintained.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·         Support the product delivery programme of scheduled work
·         Apply the requirements of the company Change Management policy
·         Provide communications to relevant parties, relating to deployments to ensure proper action and notification is performed within a timely manner
·         Support the Installations Lead in the production of work-plans to support delivery activities
·         To discuss work-plan detail and timings with customers as appropriate
·         To escalate any areas where pre-requisites are not in place and action appropriately

·         Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and Visio)
·         Good working knowledge of IIS, Windows Service, Windows PowerShell
·         Strong SQL knowledge and skills
·         Knowledge and experience of Apple iOS and Apple Business Manager
 
Desirable
 
·         ITIL Practitioner level or equivalent
·         Experience within a healthcare setting
·         Previous experience with Octopus Deploy toolset

Salary: £25,000
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours per day between 8.00am and 6.00pm
