The Way Wilde Associates Works
Wilde Associates has developed close relationships
with many of its clients so much so that some have come
to regard us as part of their recruitment team and include
Wilde Associates when planning new projects. Why were
these clients so impressed? It's because Wilde Associates's
service, from vacancy to job acceptance, is quick and
efficient.
Full details of the vacancy are entered
onto Wilde Associates's database. This database is automatically
linked to job websites to take your vacancy to the right
candidates.
A full database search is carried out,
cross-referencing all the job skills.
All suitable candidates are interviewed
at length by the Wilde Associates and the job description
is fully discussed.
CVs of all suitable candidates are forwarded
to the client along with details of availability and
our own relevant comments.
Wilde Associates will confirm any interviews
in writing to candidates and liaise between them and
the client to arrange convenient dates and times.
The successful candidate will be advised
of their job offer and the team at Wilde Associates
will help agree a start date and mediate in any remuneration
discussions.
Throughout this process all communication
and documentation is logged and updated.
Computer Aided Recruitment
Response using conventional media can
be a slow process, and contract positions particularly
need to be filled at very short notice - all of which
can be costly if incorrectly approached.
Matching relevant CVs quickly is our main
priority. To do this Wilde Associates has invested in
the most advanced search engines to rapidly identify
potential candidates with the means to communicate with
them quickly and efficiently.
Using our custom built system in less
than one hour Wilde Associates can e-mail, phone and/or
post the job specification to tens or hundreds of contractors
with the appropriate skills. We may receive a job requirement
at 5pm and still have the ability to notify those with
the correct skill set by the following morning.
Wilde Associates also uses the Internet
to promote services, publish current opportunities and
send a regular e-mail posting of jobs to subscribers.
We also use CV Manager, an advanced piece of software.
CV Manager is designed to simplify the
often complex business of recruitment. Handling incoming
CVs can be a real problem in a business where a wide
range of skills are invariably required.
Advertising and Marketing
In addition to using extensive advertising
as a tactical tool, Wilde Associates employs publicity
for strategic purposes. Typically we run specific campaigns
designed to ensure we have qualified people whose skills
are in short supply who are available when they're most
needed.
On a daily, weekly and monthly basis we
advertise for candidates locally, nationally and internationally,
enabling us to build an enviable and constantly growing
database containing over 250,000 candidates.
Advertising can range from very localised
searches using specific adverts, to flood campaigns
purchased at Group level covering all major cities and
towns throughout the UK.
